Since the last Open Space Strategy was prepared in 2006, Council has:
· Created 5 new pocket parks and opened 4Ha of public open space at Victoria Park.
· Added 1.2Ha to the open space network by closing a road and removing two car parks and three buildings that were no longer required.
· Invested $48.7M in capital improvements across the open space network.
